+-	Will I be able to view foreclosure listings if approved? No, you will not. You will be listed as a real estate professional only. To view our foreclosure listings, please sign up as a member (credit card required). Close
+-	Who is eligible? All real estate professionals in the United States are eligible. Typical applicants are real estate agents, lenders, loan officers, general contractors, appraisers, attorneys and other real estate professionals. We review every application to ensure the information is accurate and genuine. Close
+-	What are the benefits of being listed? You will get free exposure to our members in your territory, which means free leads to you. Our members are motivated home buyers who will likely contact you whenever they find a property in your territory. Ultimately, these members represent leads for new business and revenue. Close
+-	How many members do you have? HUDforeclosed is one of the largest foreclosure services in the nation. We have thousands of members in most territories. Close
+-	How many leads will I get? While we cannot promise the exact number of leads you will receive, we expect you will receive a significant number of leads. As an example, one of our test real estate agents received over 100 leads per month and closed one in his first month. Another factor is whether multiple real estate professionals are approved in your territory, in which case you will be sharing that territory with other professionals. For instance, if 2 real estate agents are approved for zip code 91362 in Los Angeles County, we will rotate their information for properties in that zip code. Close
+-	Is this the same as listing my properties? No, getting listed as a real estate professional is different than having us list your properties. Getting listed means we list your contact information only, and you can be listed even if we do not list your properties. The purpose of getting listed is to help our members find the best real estate professionals in their area. On the other hand, having us list your properties means we list the property information (address, asking price, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc) and whoever the listing agent is, which would typically be you. +-	How do I get my properties listed? Simply contact our Partnership Group and we will work with you. Close
+-	What territories are available? All territories are currently available. A territory may be a zip code, multiple zip codes, a county, or multiple counties. If several other real estate professionals are approved in your territory, you may end up sharing a territory with other real estate professionals. For instance, if 2 real estate agents are approved for Los Angeles County, we will rotate their information for properties in Los Angeles County. Close
+-	Can I choose as many territories as I want? No, you may select one primary territory and up to four other territories. We do this so to give our members a variety of choices and to restrict a single professional from monopolizing too many territories. If you have special needs beyond this restriction, please contact our Partnership Group and we will respond promptly. Close
+-	How much does it cost to sign up? It is currently free to sign up. Please note we review all applications carefully and approve only genuine real estate professionals. Close
+-	Will it always be free? Probably, but depending on the response we get from real esate professionals, we may need to charge a nominal fee if we get too many applicants. But there are no plans to do that currently and we cannot and will not charge you without your explicit permission.
